Yippy! Tyler and I got into grad school! :). Very exciting. I think this will be good for both of us. Classes start in a week. This first semester is going to be pretty easy. More or less to help get back into the swing of things.

So, in less than 24 hours, I have applied to grad school (resume, essay, and all) and submitted my resume to 5 or 6 different sites. I have actually already received an email from someone in Cali. :) This is more to just see what happens than anything. I have a great job right now, so this is just to put the feelers out.

Anywho, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I blame Ty for getting me sick!!!

In just a couple of days I will be on a 2 week long vacation!! Thank you Rockwell for winter shutdown. If I really wanted it, I could take 4 weeks off total. Wouldn't that be nice. :)

We have been through a lot of shit and it has been very trying at times, but we've stuck with it. It has only made us stronger and I couldn't be more happy. I'm very proud to say that we are 5 years strong and have many more years of happiness to look forward to.

Ummm That was an interesting weekend.....and we will just leave it at that.

Ok. I an SO not happy with the current situation at work. At the beginning of the month, the technical director on the program retired and a guy that I work close with (lets call him Jack) took the open position. I was then promoted to Jack's old position of "Deputy Technical Director".

I just got a promotion!!!

Tyler just kneed me in the eye and I got pulled over because he doesn't take care of his car!! Somehow I am responsible for fixing his license plate light and getting a new plate for the front of his car since he is lazy and didn't do that in June when it was ripped off his car........butt head!
